MBS Centre for Ethical Leadership

Welcome to MBS Centre for Ethical Leadership.

The ethical challenges confronting leaders in today’s organisations are complex and dynamic. Now, more than ever, our society – our world – has an urgent need for ethical leadership.

There is an increasing gap between the wealthy and those in poverty. Problems of crime, drugs and homelessness persist, despite government efforts. Environmental challenges present as complex to understand; indigenous issues and political problems seem intractable.

We need leaders – the people who shape our society and institutions – to be both ethical and capable. We also need leadership that influences people to act in an ethical manner in their daily lives, in their family roles and as citizens.

Launched in early 2010, the Centre offers a range of initiatives to develop and promote ethical leadership.
