Our Programs
The Centre for Ethical Leadership's flagship programs are the Vincent Fairfax FellowshipTM and the Gender Equality Project.
Both are driven by the Centre's goal of developing ethical leadership capabilities and promoting access to opportunity for all. These core activities are supplemented by a regular program of guest speakers from academia, business and community - leaders in their fields who bring a valuable perspective of leadership in action.
The Centre's programs remain current and adaptable through our research arm. The research informs our training programs through a continuous cycle of design and product innovation that is constantly tested and validated leading to further improvements and innovation. Our close links with industry partners ensure that business needs are focussed in our activities.
