For students with prior management experience, it provides an opportunity to broaden their managerial knowledge, in order to advance their careers. For students with little management experience, the PDM provides the base knowledge required for moving into business life and management.
The PDM is an ideal shorter course for those who do not have the time to study for a longer degree and is the entry path-way into the Part-time MBA program. A part-time program, it provides a comprehensive introduction to the major areas of business management. PDM students study the same core subjects as the MBA students and many PDM graduates progress to study for a MBS MBA. The PDM program also provides a gateway to the School's Masters programs for those students who have limited tertiary experience. Students without an undergraduate degree can access the program by completing the GMAT (please view selection criteria for further information).
