IPRIA seminar: Employees’ IP and the Employment Relationship – Incentives to Innovate
The Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia (IPRIA) presents Employees’ IP and the Employment Relationship – Incentives to Innovate, a free public seminar on Wednesday 23 April.
Guest speakers will explore a number of issues that arise from the intersection of labour law, IP law and the need for incentives for innovation, from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

IPRIA is a national centre for multi-disciplinary research on the law, economics and management of intellectual property. It is based at the University of Melbourne, and is run jointly by Melbourne Law School, the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, and Melbourne Business School.
