2006 Thought Leadership Residential
2006 Thought Leadership Residential was held from Thursday 31st August - Saturday 2nd September at Melbourne Business School, Carlton campus.
Over the three day period participants examined a range of contemporary management theories and practices in the areas of negotiations, business strategy, global culture, innovation and leadership.
Employer Brand and Generational Leadership specialist Jillian Barrie was the keynote speaker at the program's Friday night dinner. Jillian's presentation will focused on managing the different generations (Baby Boomers, Gen X and Generation Y) and attraction and retention of staff - key issues faced by managers in today's workforce.
