Associate Dean - China Programs

Susan is a highly experienced educator, researcher and consultant who specialises in marketing strategy and services marketing.

Formerly the MBA director at the University of Sydney, Susan is currently in charge of all MBS activity in China, including the new Master of Marketing program in Beijing.


Kwanghui-LimKwanghui Lim
PhD (MIT), BEng (NUS)
Senior Lecturer

Kwanghui Lim is an experienced teacher, researcher and consultant in the areas of technology management and the commercialisation of innovation.

Before joining MBS in 2006 he was an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore.

He has conducted workshops and seminars for the NUS-Port of Singapore Graduate Management Program, World Intellectual Property Organisation, Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and 3M-NUS innovation Program for School Teachers.

Associate Professor – Human Resource Management

Ian's expertise is within the field of human resource management.

Prior to joining MBS in 2006, Ian was on the faculty of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

He has previously provided consultant services to large organisations in the areas of team development, crisis management, executive skill development, executive coaching, and statistical modelling.

Program Director

Richard Searle is a teacher and consultant with wide experience in Australia and overseas.

 He specialises in executive and management development, with a particular interest in building negotiating skills. He developed Mt Eliza's portfolio of Negotiation and Decision-Making Programs for Managers, and is a member of the school's Leadership Knowledge Group.

Most recently Richard has become involved in the School's sustainability initiatives and has developed programs focusing on the role of leadership in the areas of corporate social responsibility and world environmental concerns.


Kate VinotKate Vinot 
General Manager Corporate Strategy, South East Water

Over the past 20 years Kate has worked in more than 14 countries as an environmental consultant, business manager and corporate sustainability manager. Her experience covers a range of industries including mining, pulp and paper, manufacturing, power and water industries. She currently manages South East Water's corporate strategy, research and development, sustainability and water efficiency and business development.

Kate is a civil engineer who also completed postgraduate studies in economics at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. She has recently completed her Executive MBA at Mt Eliza.


Paul Geyer 
State Manager, Australian Institute of Company Directors

Paul Geyer is the State Manager of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an MBS alumnus (PDM 1995) and a graduate of the AICD's Company Directors Course. He has diverse senior management experience that includes private companies, not for profits, start ups and multi-national companies in health, IT and retail. After ten years as a CEO reporting to boards he decided to join the director community by joining the AICD as State Manager. 


Carey Cox
Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

Carey works with the the Australian company directors and senior executives to further their understanding of the duties and responsibilities of their role. His earlier career was spent with the Nicholas Kiwi organisation where he worked as an executive, general manager and director in Australia and many other parts of the world, including seven years in the United States as President and CEO of Nicholas Laboratories Inc.

Carey is on the board of two investment companies and two not-for-profit organisations. He is also on the International Advisory Board of a Nasdaq list marketing company and a joint venture company in India and China.


Rachael RobertsonRachael Robertson
Current MBS MBA student

Rachael is a senior manager (Chief Ranger) at Parks Victoria and a part-time student in the MBA program at MBS.

Rachael has recently returned to Australia after 12 months in the Antarctic, where she successfully led the 58th Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition to Davis Station. She is only the second female to ever lead a team at the Station.
